Routine Maintenance: Perform regular lawn care, mowing, edging, hedge trimming, weeding, and border maintenance. Plant & Soil Care: Plant, transplant, prune, and nourish flowers, shrubs, and trees suitable for tropical climate conditions. Irrigation & Watering: Assist with watering schedules, monitor irrigation systems, and report any operational issues. Pest & Disease Control: Monitor plant health, identify common pests or diseases, and apply appropriate control measures. Equipment Care: Safely operate and perform minor upkeep on power and hand tools (mowers, trimmers, blowers, pruners). Site Upkeep: Keep job sites clean, remove green debris, and ensure safe working environments. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on professional experience in gardening or groundskeeping Horticultural Knowledge: Proven knowledge of tropical plants, proper pruning techniques, soil types, and fertilization. Physical Fitness: Ability to perform heavy physical labor outdoors in warm weather conditions, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and standing for long periods. Licensing: Valid driver’s license preferred (to transport equipment or travel between job sites). Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
